Working to a landlord specification

Most units come with a landlord fit out guide and a schedule of condition. We read it before we price so the works meet it first time, which keeps your dilapidations clean at the end of the lease.

On handover you get full certification for the new installation, a schedule of the emergency lighting and an as installed board schedule.

We work with shopfitters, main contractors and commercial agents across Hertfordshire. If you are pricing a job and need an electrical figure you can rely on, send the drawings over.

Common questions

Can you work to a fixed handover date?

Yes. Give us the programme and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable and where the pinch points are.

Do you do the data cabling too?

We install the containment and can pull and terminate data cabling or leave it ready for your own IT contractor. Tell us which you prefer.

Will the works be certified?

Yes. As a NAPIT registered contractor we certify the new installation and issue the paperwork on handover.

Can you fit out a unit that is still trading?

Yes. We phase the work and do the disruptive parts out of hours.
