Landlord EICR Reports in Hertfordshire

What the report covers

An EICR is a full inspection and test of the fixed wiring. We check the consumer unit, the circuits, the earthing and bonding, the sockets, the switches and the lighting, then record the condition of each part.

What happens if it fails

A report comes back unsatisfactory if there is a C1, a C2 or an FI. You then have 28 days to put it right or sooner if the report says so.
