How we price a project

We come out and look at the job. For bigger work we want to see the space, the existing supply and any drawings you have. Then you get a written quote that sets out what is included, what is not and how long we expect to be on site.

Once the job is agreed we give you a start date and stick to it. On larger projects we work in stages so you always know what is happening next.

Our diary is set up around planned project work such as rewires, new installations, fit outs and maintenance contracts. Tell us what you need and we will say honestly whether we are the right fit.

Are you registered?

Yes. Thomsett Electrical is NAPIT registered, which means our work is inspected and we can certify installations to BS 7671.

Can you work to a programme?

Yes. On extensions, fit outs and new builds we plan first fix and second fix around the rest of the trades so the job is not held up.

Do you cover commercial as well as domestic?

Both. We take on commercial and industrial installations as well as larger domestic projects.
