What a proper LED scheme involves

Buying fittings and putting them where the old ones were is how you end up with dark corners and glare. We work out the light levels the space actually needs, then set out the fittings to hit them.

What it saves

LED fittings use a fraction of the power of fluorescent or metal halide and they last far longer, so you stop paying for lamp changes and access equipment. On a warehouse running long hours the saving is usually the biggest line on the bill.

Common questions

Do you supply the fittings?

Yes. We specify and supply the fittings as part of the quote or install fittings you have sourced yourself.

Can you do the emergency lighting at the same time?

Yes. It is the sensible time to do it. We test and record it on completion.

How disruptive is it?

Very little. We work zone by zone and mostly out of hours so the space stays usable.

Will the new scheme meet the standard?

We design to the recommended light levels for the task and certify the installation on completion.
